Building Deferred Maintenance
MLA Architects have been involved in a variety of district maintenance and repair projects, ranging from Window replacement, roofing, site improvements to finishes and HVAC upgrade projects.
Lincoln Elementary Window Replacement; Staged in two phases, the project consisted of new windows, classroom upgrades and HVAC systems upgrades.
HVAC Upgrade for Worthington, Middle and High School as part of the overall District HVAC upgrades. The project consisted of replacing existing hvac systems in the school. MLA Architects provided code review, ceiling replacement design, mechanical shafts, and general architectural related design work.
Watertown-Mayer Elementary School HVAC Upgrades:
With increasing enrollments, the Watertown-Mayer School District decided to move one grade level from the intermediate school to the Primary School. The main Office was relocated as well as general classroom upgrades. Also, as part of the project, HVAC improvements were made to the entire building.
